When you sign up to my newsletter, I collect:

  • Your email address

No other personal data is collected.

I use your email address only to:

  • Send you newsletters and updates about my work

  • Share news, offers, or other marketing related to Chris Robson Audio

I do not sell or share your information with other businesses for marketing purposes.

5. Who processes your data

I use a third-party provider, MailerLite, to collect and store email addresses and to send out my newsletters.

  • MailerLite stores data in the EU and US.

  • Appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to protect your data.


6. How long I keep your data

  • I will keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed.

  • If you unsubscribe, your details will be removed from my mailing list and deleted during my annual clean-up.


7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data I hold about you

  • Ask me to correct or delete your data

  • Withdraw your consent at any time

  • Complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how I handle your data

My newsletter does not contain adult content and anyone may sign up. However, it is mainly aimed at adults and may not be of interest to children.
